Ben is an experienced property expert, with extensive knowledge in residential development, having been active in the real estate market in the UK, Hong Kong, and the USA.
Prior to founding Chameleon Group, Ben established and led the residential development sales divisions across the UK for Colliers International.
Ben lives in Kent with his wife, son and cockapoo where he fills any spare time he has with running, swimming and cycling.

Matthew has over 16 years experience in the property sector in London and Hong Kong.
Prior to founding Chameleon Group, Matthew ran the International Properties UK Operations at Colliers International in London.
Mattthew is a big foodie, a keen squash player and often works remotely from Asia where his wife hails from.
